Anaesthesia Associates Chairman 2013 to 2015, Southern Cross North Harbour (hospital clinical medical committee, 2012 to present) and MercyAscot (anaesthesia advisory group 2012 to present).

Anaesthesia for:

• upper GI surgery including bariatric, reflux and cancer surgery
• joint replacement
• breast surgery
• cosmetic surgery
• paediatric surgery

David attended Medical School in Manchester, UK and qualified MBChB 1988 (Manchester). He completed postgraduate training in London and Edinburgh including a Paediatric Anaesthesia fellowship.Personal: David is married with four children, lives in Parnell and loves being a Kiwi. He is interested in staying fit and staying happy, motorcycling, current affairs and music.
